Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Engineer to enhance quality and compliance with suppliers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Engineering or related fields and has skills in data analysis tools such as KNIME and Power BI. You will assess suppliers, conduct quality analysis, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and reduce costs.

About the Role – You Will
  • Supplier assessment & qualification: audits, process qualification, and inspection plans.
  • Data & AI: analyze supplier quality metrics (e.g., process and contamination), build predictive models linking supplier inputs to product outcomes, and report trends.
  • Problem solving: root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and proactive risk prevention via design/process reviews.
  • Compliance & documentation: review component qualification data and ensure alignment with industry/company standards (e.g., design/assembly requirements, RoHS, PFAS).
  • Continuous improvement: collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to elevate quality and reduce cost.

Your Experience Includes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, Production, or related field.
  • Having foundational knowledge of quality control principles and proficiency in data analysis tools such as KNIME, Power BI and JMP is an added advantage
