Job Description
Lead and manage organizational cybersecurity strategies.
Assess IT needs and recommend improvements to boost security, efficiency, and productivity.
Advise leadership on tech upgrades and their benefits.
Oversee IT projects, including updates, migrations, and outages.
Support IS team management and staff development.
Identify IT training needs and develop employee training programs.
Requirement
Min 3 - 4years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Skilled in managing Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
Strong knowledge of security risk management, compliance, vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and incident response.
Experience with security tools (IDS/IPS, firewalls, system hardening) and frameworks.
Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a strong asset.
