Mimecast is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and General Manager (VP & GM) for the APAC region. This dynamic role also encompasses general office support responsibilities ensuring the smooth day-to‑day operation of our APAC headquarters. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail‑oriented and possesses exceptional communication skills capable of thriving in a fast‑paced multicultural environment.

What Youll Do: Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings, appointments and domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, presentations and reports for the VP & GM.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings including logistics, agenda, presentation and minute‑taking.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners on behalf of the VP & GM.
  • Assist with expense report preparation, budget tracking and invoice processing.
Office Support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general office operations and administrative needs.
  • Provide logistical support for regional events, conferences and executive visits.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the VP & GM.
What Youll Need
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant or senior administrative support experience, preferably in a multinational or APAC‑focused environment.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom) a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in all APAC regional languages is an advantage.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

The base salary range for this position is $80k - s$120k base benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
