Job description

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT professional who can oversee daily IT operations while leading infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation initiatives. The Senior IT Support Supervisor will provide end-user support, manage system performance, and align IT strategies with the company’s growth objectives across regional offices.

This role combines technical expertise with leadership and project coordination, making it idealfor candidates who enjoy both management and practical, on-the-ground IT work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and helpdesk support.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, and firewalls.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, data backup, and ensure network & cybersecurity compliance.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external consultants or vendors to ensure efficient system performance and reliability.
  • Drive IT improvement projects including ERP enhancement, cloud migration, virtualization, AI integration, and endpoint management.
  • Maintain a high level of data security and confidentiality across all systems and access levels.
  • Oversee IT asset procurement, inventory control, system documentation, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with corporate and business goals.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop IT team members, establishing SOPs and performance standards.
  • Prepare and manage IT budgets, including cost control, and operational expenditure.
  • Conduct annual IT strategic planning aligned with corporate objectives.
Requirements
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of IT support or infrastructure experience, including supervisory or team-lead exposure.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VPN, and Firewall administration.
  • Familiar with VMware, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or AliCloud), and ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing and finance workflows and their integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with users and support teams based in China.
