Job summary

A staffing services company in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. The role requires 8+ years of project management experience and expertise in leading global initiatives. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in Agile methodologies, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field are essential. Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of IT integration activities of a merger and acquisition projectacross infrastructure, applications, data, and security domains.
  • Serve as a key liaison to executive leadership, providing clear, concise updates and facilitating decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Partner with global internal teams and external partners to align on integration goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to support user adoption, minimize disruption, and ensure a smooth transition for impacted teams.
  • Constantly identify risks , develop mitigation strategies, and escal  urgent issues as required.
  • Manage external vendors and consultants involved in the integration process, ensuring accountability and quality delivery.
  • Ensure all integration activities comply with IT governance, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Provide regular updates including status reports, KPIs, and financial summaries.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of IT project/program management experience, including 3+ years leading M&A or global integration initiatives.
  • Experience developing and institutionalizing standards, frameworks, or playbooks for complex IT programs.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise accurate judgment
  • Experience leading global teams and cross-border projects
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignment.
