What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store, including cashier duties, stocking, and maintaining a tidy and organised retail space
Developing a strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers and drive sales
Actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators
Collaborating with the team to implement visual merchandising and promotional strategies
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively in a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various customer inquiries and situations
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
