A leading company in automotive sales is looking for a Customer Service professional specializing in spare parts. The role involves managing documentation, ensuring product delivery, collaborating with teams, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience, technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts, and be proficient in Accpac and MS Office.
Customer Service (Spare Parts) Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage documentation (quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders)
• Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
• Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Monitor stock movement
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
• Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
• Self-driven, independent, and able to multitask
• Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
• Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
• Customer service/sales admin experience a plus
