Job summary:
Job Responsibilities
Handle Sample registration: Weigh in-coming samples, Open samples, arrange documents, take pictures and register samples in the database and store pictures in drive. Same as mentioned for Lube Oil, Grease and Water Samples registration.
Co-ordinate with lab for sample sub-out to other labs for samples such as Lube Oil, Grease and water samples.
Reporting: reporting of MFTP reports (Whenever needed), Fuel system check reports, Additional test reports as requested by customers, reporting of extended analysis report sent by Lab, reporting Lube Oil, Grease and Water reports.
Additional reports like Fuel system check, Lube oil, Grease, Water, Compatibility or any other additional test reports to be prepared manually using the standard templates. Key-in the lab approved results and change or add in the commentary if needed based on the results.
Print and file the reports after sending them to customer.
Respond to internal and external stakeholders’ inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and support regarding fuel registration processes and requirements.
Provide sales support on customer inquiry for sample collection.
Arrange local sample collection and coordinate with logistics department
Update Monthly jobs file
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
