As a Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Job Description

• Achieve the department vision, KPIs and stretch goals that are set by the Company

• Provide constructive feedback on sales strategies in the store of his/her responsibilities.

• Exemplary in conduct, possessing self-motivation and high discipline to excel in performance

• Accountable and responsible for the day-to-day effective and efficient operations of the assigned store

• Responsible to team building and assisting in training the team to acquire the skills and competency levels required in the job

• Coach and counsel the team for corrective behavior personally to maximize the performance of every retail team member

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years ofretail management experience

• Adaptable and a fast learner with client-centric mentality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service orientation

• Must be able to work retail shift hours, including weekends & public holidays

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Shop Manager
