What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store, including cashier duties, stocking, and maintaining a tidy and organised retail space

• Developing a strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers and drive sales

• Actively contributing to the achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators

• Collaborating with the team to implement visual merchandising and promotional strategies

• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively in a team

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various customer inquiries and situations

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
