We are pleased to inform you of the following opportunity for Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager with a premium resort in Bangalore.JD :- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Resort. Identify new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and strategic partnerships. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, travel agents, and corporate partners. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends. Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare sales reports. Handle negotiations and closures for room bookings, events, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences,and Exhibitions) sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales collateral. Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to expand business reach. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.Requirements :- Sales Manager: 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales. Assistant Sales Manager: 3+ years of relevant experience in hospitality sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in handling corporate clients, travel agencies, and event sales. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
