Sales Operations & Admin Executive
The Sales Support Executive assists with daily sales operations and administrative tasks. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role ensures efficient operations by supporting sales managers, liaising with internal teams, customers, and vendors, and managing general office administration duties.
Responsibilities
Support daily sales operations activities
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders
Assist the sales department with administrative tasks as required
Monitor pending orders and provide updates to customers
Ensure effective resolution of inquiries via phone and email
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
Check invoices and liaise with the finance department
Prepare reports and follow up to ensure timely payment
Purchase office supplies and coordinate with vendors
Assist in research and identification of new sales leads
Participate in communications and marketing initiatives
Requirements
Previous experience in similar roles (sales operations, customer service, admin executive)
Knowledgeable about distribution processes for B2B products in trading industries
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with ERP/CRM
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Dynamic, meticulous, and customer service-oriented
Strong organisational skills with a self-driven, problem-solving mindset
