We are seeking a strategic Financial Products Lead to own and drive our product vision in the digital assets space. This is not just a management role—you will have full ownership of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring our financial offerings are innovative, competitive, and aligned with global market demands. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of finance at our company.

• End-to-End Product Leadership: Lead the entire product lifecycle for financial offerings, from concept and requirements gathering to development, testing, launch, and post-launch growth, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Product Design & Pricing Strategy: Design compelling and structurally sound financial products. Develop sophisticated pricing models that balance profitability, risk, and market competitiveness.
• Process Optimization & Oversight: Take full ownership of the business process, identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cross-team collaboration.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing analysis of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor strategies. Translate insights into actionable recommendations to inform our product roadmap and strategic positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance, Risk, Operations, Sales, and other key departments to align resources, remove bottlenecks, and ensure seamless execution of product strategies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in financial product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Direct experience in crypto finance or digital assets is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in the entire product management spectrum, including market analysis, product planning, financial modeling, and project delivery.
• Deep understanding of financial product design, risk management, and compliance. Ability to apply this knowledge within the context of the digital assets industry is essential.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its operational models is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced, global environment.
