The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the marketing efforts of the AVATR brand in Singapore. You will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring integrated campaigns and events, support digital content creation, manage day‑to‑day marketing operations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen AVATR’s brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store platforms
• Assist in the coordination of marketing events, including car launches, roadshows, and brand collaborations
• Contribute ideas and content for social media, eDMs, website updates, and brochures
• Work with vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Help maintain and update marketing collaterals and ensure alignment with AVATR brand guidelines
• Coordinate with internal departments and brand principals to fulfill marketing needs
• Track marketing expenses, assist in invoice processing and budget tracking
• Assist in collecting, analysing, and reporting on marketing KPIs and campaign performance
• Respond to ad‑hoc marketing duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the automotive or luxury industry
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills with attention to detail
• Hands‑on, proactive, and willing to learn and take on challenges
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; a team player who can also work independently
• Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, email, content management) is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
