Job description

Location: Cityhall
Working Hours: Office Hours
Duration: 9-12 months contract (convertible to perm)

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with product management, design, content strategy, data science, and engineering to identify important research questions
• Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research studies that span different phases
• Identify the right research methodologies and execute with rigor
• Collaborate closely with other UX researchers to leverage and build upon knowledge
• Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
• Generate insights that shape how product teams think about short, medium, and long-term product strategy

Requirements

• MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in applied product research
• Previous experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
