Job summary
A leading finance company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to manage financial operations and reporting. The role involves preparing financial reports, handling daily transactions, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and managing tax submissions. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position also focuses on supporting audits and identifying process improvements within the finance function.

- Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies.
- Handle tax computations and submit GST returns.
- Support audits with necessary documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide finance-related advice.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Skills
Education
- Salary range: $4200
- AWS + VB

- Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial reports in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Managing daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month‑end closing.
- Maintaining strong internal controls and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures and policies.
- Handling tax computations and submitting GST returns in line with statutory regulations.
- Supporting external and internal audits, including the preparation of necessary documentation and responses.
- Working with cross‑functional teams to support new business initiatives and provide finance‑related advice.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficiencies within the finance function.
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or ACMA.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, with the ability to handle a full set of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, corporate tax, and GST.
