A leading financial institution in Singapore is seeking a proactive individual to monitor transactions and promote banking products. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Must work closely with internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Experience working with loan funding systems is a plus.
- Must understand customer requirements and present solutions.
Responsabilités
- Monitor customers' maturity of transactions for loans and deposits.
- Promote bank's products through tele-marketing.
- Participate in marketing campaigns with relationship managers.
Connaissances
- Responsible for monitoring customers' maturity of transactions and daily requirement for loan and time deposits.
- Promoting the bank's product via tele-marketing calls for Time Deposits and Foreign Exchange.
- Actively involved in department's marketing campaign together with relationship managers.
- Be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and transactions
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment, understand customer's requirements in a short period of time and be able to present solutions that meet their needs.
- Meticulous, excellent and clear communication.
- Experience working with loan funding systems or in Loan Operations is advantageous.
