Job description

The Corporate Planning & Performance Management department supports JurongHealth Campus’ Chief Financial Officer in the development, implementation, execution and monitoring of corporate strategy in line with NUHS cluster direction:

Support organisational strategic planning through data‑driven analytics and insights by conducting current and future‑state population/patient profile analysis and projections to identify market demand, growth opportunities and potential challenges and solutions.

Support the organization’s needs for access to data insights through the development and maintenance of appropriate visualization tools and dashboards.

Work closely with internal stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert in the development/support of new analytical/visualisation tools/dashboards for the public healthcare landscape.

Ensure completeness in documentation and testing for all new systems and process workflows developed, including training on all new/updated processes.

Master subject matter expertise in all areas relating to patient data sources and reporting in accordance with MOH policies.

Partner with Data Protection Office to develop and improve on existing controls and processes in compliance with PDPA Act;

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science / Business / Finance or the equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Process Redesign, Microsoft Productivity suite (e.g Ms Office, MS PowerAutomate) and other analytical software.
  • Experience in business processes and systems in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience in the use of statistical analytic tools will be an advantage.
  • Experience in programming/coding (eg. SQL, VBA, RPA) will be an advantage.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of the team.
  • Pro‑active, resourceful, able to take challenges, work independently and as a team.
  • Able to work in a dynamic fast‑paced environment.
