A leading tourism organization in Singapore is seeking a passionate Sales Manager. You will drive revenue through new and returning events at Sentosa, collaborate with local partners, and lead a small team. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience in the hospitality or tourism industry, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong network within the events industry.
This candidate will be part of a sales team responsible in identifying and attracting third party events to Sentosa, including but not limited to corporate and public events. These could range from smaller-scale community events, to world-class global events.
The candidate will also support the organisation of theses events, including logistical and operational setup alongside the event organisers.
Besides securing events on the island, the candidate will also canvass for Island Partners’ (tenants on Sentosa ranging from hotels to F&B outlets) participation to activate island-wide festivals with the aim to amplify the event and vibrancy on the island especially for key/notable events.
This is a managerial position, and the candidate will be responsible to lead and manage a team of 1-2 members.
