A key player in the public transport ecosystem is seeking a Senior Officer to manage operations and support corporate customer inquiries. This role involves handling daily fleet functions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. We are looking for a service-oriented and detail-focused Senior Officer, Digital Lifestyle & Payments/ Business Support to be the main point of contact for our corporate clients. In this role, you will manage day-to-day corporate fleet operations, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and clients. Your work will directly contribute to building strong customer relationships and supporting the success of our business.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage daily corporate fleet functions including vehicle registration/de-registration, card renewals, blacklist requests, and refunds tracking
Handle incoming calls and respond to corporate customer inquiries promptly and accurately
Provide information using internal systems such as PowerBI and the Corporate App portal
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients
Address and resolve customer complaints with effective solutions
Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requests
Generate reconciliation and management reports, including monthly reports to MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore)
Follow up on outstanding payments and bad debt collections from corporate clients
Support ad‑hoc administrative and operational duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in customer service and stakeholder management
Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions
Ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Detail-oriented with strong data handling and reporting capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), Word, and other office tools
Adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure
