• Responsible for monitoring customers' maturity of transactions and daily requirement for loan and time deposits.
• Promoting the bank's product via tele-marketing calls for Time Deposits and Foreign Exchange.
• Actively involved in department's marketing campaign together with relationship managers.

• Be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and transactions
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment, understand customer's requirements in a short period of time and be able to present solutions that meet their needs.
• Meticulous, excellent and clear communication.
• Experience working with loan funding systems or in Loan Operations is advantageous.
