Job summary

A corporate services provider in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Champion to provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating events. Ideal candidates should have at least a diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working Location: Harbourfront (Near MRT)

Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Champion – Provide comprehensive administrative support to the corporate team
  • Documentation Specialist – Prepare, review, and manage corporate documents, reports, and presentations
  • Schedule Coordinator – Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure seamless coordination for corporate leaders
  • Communication Liaison – Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Data Manager – Maintain and update corporate databases and records with accuracy
  • Process Streamliner – Assist in implementing and improving corporate workflows and systems
  • Event Organizer – Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Compliance Assistant – Support the team in adhering to corporate policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Team Player – Collaborate across departments to support various business functions
  • Problem Solver – Anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth corporate operations
