Director, Social & Digital Infrastructure, Client Coverage Group

About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned project/structured finance professional to join our Client Coverage Group (CCG) team. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are excited by the prospects of joining a fast-growing business with strong financial support.

Reporting to the Head of Social & Digital Infrastructure, the incumbent will be responsible for client coverage as well as origination and execution of project and structured finance transactions in the Social & Digital Infrastructure vertical.

The incumbent will work closely with the sector head in maintaining primary coverage for the sector. He/She will take an active hands‑on role in client engagement, the origination of new primary transactions, and lead deal execution which will entail structuring, arranging, credit analysis, due diligence and documentation for relevant deals in the sector until financial close is achieved. Where relevant, he/she will also work closely with our colleagues in the Markets and Investor Services team in the distribution of loan assets across various channels.

Knowledge/ Experience Required

• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant project/structured finance experience across various infrastructure sectors, including in the Social & Digital Infrastructure sector
• Proven track record in originating new business
• Strong structuring, credit, and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of the project and corporate finance structures, terms, cash flow models, and documentation
• Good judgment and strategic outlook
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Highly motivated and strong prioritization capabilities
• Takes ownership of agreed‑upon targets and deliverables with a passion for excellence
• Constructive team player; interacts well with internal colleagues and stakeholders
• Strong client orientation; engages well with senior client representatives
