Job summary
A local bank in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to implement HR strategies and manage talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience and a diploma or degree in a related field. The position offers a monthly salary between S$5,000 to S$6,000. - Play an integral role in implementing overall human resources strategies and contribute to human resource related initiatives
- Responsible for broad based Human Resource functions.
- Handle talent acquisition, workforce management, manpower planning, performance management and employee engagement
- Advise stakeholders on issues related to HR matters
- Support line managers in all aspects of recruitment, selection and onboarding
- Provide operational support in HR related matters such as resource management, manpower budgeting, performance management, promotions and HR analytics
- Participate in audits and HR-related surveys
- Champion employee engagement programs
- Adhoc projects and process enhancements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline
- 6 to 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Salary ranges between S$5,000 to S$6,000 per month
