A healthcare staffing agency in Singapore is hiring for a hands-on role focused on serving food to patients. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness. Ideal candidates should be committed and eager to assist nurses in meeting patients' nutritional needs. This position involves working 5 days a week, including weekends, and offers a salary of up to SGD 2300 per month.
Responsabilidades
- Provide excellent customer service to the patients.
- Serve food and drinks to patients and clear after meals.
- Check food served against patient meal orders.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation.
- Assist nurses to meet patient's nutritional needs.
- Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.
- Complete any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Timing: Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive); 10am – 7:30pm or 7am to 4:30pm (cannot choose). Total working hours per week: 42 hours.
Salary: Up to 2300/month.
Summary: This job is a very hands on job – basically serving food tray from the robot to patients (2 tea breaks + lunch + dinner). Apart from serving food, will need to do inventory if the food stocks going low (milo/ biscuit) or linen stocks are low.
- Provide excellent customer service to the patients

- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Assist nurses to meet patient\'s nutritional needs
- Maintains levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
