Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, QAs, Trainers, and Agents.
Drive employee engagement and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Support performance improvement and succession planning within the team.
Collaborate with HR and Recruitment on hiring and onboarding.
Work with QAs and trainers to conduct audits, training, and skill development.
Implement changes impacting the contact centre and ensure smooth communication.
Embed performance frameworks to meet service levels, SLAs, and KPIs.
Identify and promote best practices, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain open communication across all levels to share insights and address root causes.
