Job summary
A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a part-time Account Admin Assistant for a contract from January to December 2026. The role requires maintaining daily accounting transactions, preparing budgets, and performing general administrative duties. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience and relevant qualifications. This position requires strong organizing, interpersonal, and communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration and efficiency in the workplace.
Qualifications
- Possess at least 3 years of related experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting transactions including data entry.
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and monthly reports.
- Issue payment vouchers and monitor collections.

Looking for An Account Admin Assistant (Part time) for at MOE School.
Contract Period: 1st Jan to 31st Dec 2026
Working days: 3 days week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) - 8.00am to 4.45pm
[Note: Tuesday & Thursday are non-working days and Service not required on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.]
- Maintain daily accounting transactions including data entry
- Maintain proper and systematic filing and record keeping
- Prepare budgets, financial statements and monthly reports
- Maintain full set of books
- Issue payment vouchers
- Monitor collections and issue receipts
- Perform general admin duties
- Undertake other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Possess related qualifications or skill accreditation
- Possess at least 3 years of related experience
- Possess good organizing abilities, interpersonal and communication skills
