We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support HR operations within an academic and research environment. This role involves close coordination with various internal stakeholders and covers a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, contract management, and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day HR operational and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate faculty recruitment activities, including scheduling and facilitating campus visits.
• Compile, verify, and process documentation for new appointments, reappointments, promotions, and tenure cases in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage hiring processes and contract renewals for researchers.
• Screen resumes and prepare candidate bundles when required.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for faculty, researchers, and management support officers.
• Liaise with internal HR departments and relevant school staff on faculty-related HR matters.
• Perform general HR administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an academic or research environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
