Job summary

A leading manpower service provider in Singapore seeks a Contract and Facilities Manager to ensure compliance with maintenance contracts and improve operational systems. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Responsibilities include managing contracts, conducting audits, and developing new processes. This is an 11-month contract role with a weekly commitment of 42 hours.

Job description
  • Ensure maintenance contracts are managed in compliance with terms and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate on contract drafting, records management, and oversight of contractors and their work.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inspections are carried out as require
  • Review and improve existing systems or implement new systems to streamline department operations (e.g., drawing management, key management, car park management, tenancy management).
  • Assess existing contracts, workflows, SOPs, and forms for improvements and opportunities for digitalization.
  • Develop new processes for situations without SOPs (e.g., food poisoning, crowd management
  • Undertake other projects or tasks to enhance departmental effectiveness and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in contract and facilities management. documentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience in data analysis, reporting, and workflow/visualization tools is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Information Management (IM) compliance, records management, and IM4L.
Duration/ Working hours:

11 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week.
