Overview

1 year contract under agency payroll

Work Location: Changi

12hrs rotating shift

Basic up to $3500 + Shift Allowance + PH + OT + HP Claims (capped $50)

Upon end of contract, incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to performance & PM recommendation

The System Executive (12hours Shift Work) is responsible to provide operational support to system infrastructure, support to the clients and resolution of technical issues.

Responsibilities
  • Production Support
  • Provide technical support to customer
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as per Client specifications, Process client Service Request, Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Provide support on documentation including procedural documentation
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support via phone, web based tools and email
  • Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail and phone
  • Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems as well as from other vendors to Exchange for customers in accordance to procedure, to ensure seamless transitions
  • Perform health checks and monitor availability and functionality of the systems
  • Provide operational support to system infrastructures
Requirements
  • Locals (must clear both customer security clearance & pre-employment checks)
  • Diploma in IT
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in IT technical support
  • Able to work 12hour rotating shift & be on 24x7 standby
  • Willing to commit to a full 1 year contract
  • Certifications in relevant IT disciplines would be advantageous
  • Willing to learn attitude
