A leading HR consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Consultant. The role involves leading the implementation of PMGM modules, analyzing business requirements, and providing training. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of hands-on SuccessFactors experience, strong communication skills, and certification in PMGM. This is a key position supporting client performance management strategies.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with full-cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of Performance Management processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsabilités
- Lead the implementation of SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide training and documentation to business users.
