Sales-driven role consulting customers on TCM, wellness, promoting services, achieving targets.

Job Scope:

• Providing professional TCM, SPA, Wellness consultation to customers
• Recommend services and treatments to patients, based on their needs and physician' input.
• Recommending new products and treatment packages to customers
• Build strong relationship with clients and uphold the image of the company
• Achieving and exceed sales target set by company monthly
• Promoting the company’s services and products to customers.
• Provide high standards of customer service
• Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments

Requirements:

• Strong sales-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve targets
• Experience in TCM/ SPA/ Wellness or related industries
• Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets
• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work on weekend and Public Holiday
• Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers will be an advantage
