Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Oracle Core HCM Module Lead to implement, configure, and deploy the module. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Core HCM, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of HR processes. Responsibilities include leading UAT, providing subject matter expertise, and ensuring system alignment. This role offers a collaborative environment focused on HR Cloud transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Job Description
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of the Oracle Core HCM module.
  • Facilitate business workshops to gather and validate both functional and technical requirements.
  • Configure module workflows, rules, security roles, and approvals in alignment with organisational policies and governance.
  • Oversee the design and development of RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) for the Core HCM module.
  • Work closely with Integration and Data Migration leads to ensure cross-module and cross-system alignment.
  • Develop test scenarios and scripts, and lead UAT for the Core HCM functional area. Deliver end-user training, quick reference guides, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during cutover planning and post–go-live hypercare support.
  • Review and assess Oracle HCM quarterly updates, planning controlled rollouts and advising stakeholders on impact.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5–10 years of strong, hands‑on experience in the Oracle Core HCM module.
  • Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes and Core HR data models.
  • Proven experience in large‑scale HR Cloud transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functional and technical teams.
