A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Exhibitions Business Development Executive. This role involves identifying and securing new exhibitors, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships to optimize exhibition ROI. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in a relevant field and 2–4 years of experience in sales or business development. Business Development Executive (Exhibitions)
Mon to Fri | 9:00am – 6:00pm | $3000 - $4500
Working Location: Aljunied / Kallang
Key Responsibilities
Growth-Focused Sales & Strategy
Identify and secure new exhibitors and partners across relevant industries.
Present offerings, including booth spaces, sponsorships, digital ads, and activation opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, repeat participation, and long-term partnerships.
Exhibitor Consultation & Relationship Management
Advise clients on optimising exhibition ROI.
Provide guidance on booth placement, customer engagement, and activation strategies.
Maintain client records and manage relationships with exhibitors.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and data teams to support exhibitor activities.
Collect and organise post-event feedback for evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and sales processes.
Prior experience in exhibitions, trade shows, or events is a plus.
