About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands‑on implementation and support experience. You will work closely with clients or internal HR teams to design, configure, and optimize SuccessFactors PMGM modules that drive performance management and goal alignment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support the implementation of SuccessFactors PMGM modules (Performance Management and Goal Management) based on client requirements.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure PMGM modules using SuccessFactors Admin tools, templates, workflows, and role‑based permissions (RBP).
  • Work with clients to define performance and goal‑setting frameworks, review cycles, and competency models.
  • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Provide training and documentation to business users and HR teams.
  • Support post‑go‑live activities including issue resolution and system optimization.
  • Collaborate with other SAP or SuccessFactors module consultants as needed.
  • Stay updated on SAP best practices and new releases related to PMGM.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2 full‑cycle implementations of PMGM.
  • Strong understanding of Performance Management processes, including review cycles, continuous performance management (CPM), and goal alignment strategies.
  • Proficiency in template creation and configuration, calibration setup, workflow rules, and role‑based permissions (RBP).
  • Familiarity with integration with other modules such as Employee Central or Compensation is a plus.
  • Experience with client‑facing roles or in a consulting environment preferred.
  • SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., LMS, Compensation, Succession).
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology or other project management frameworks.
  • Exposure to reporting tools like People Analytics or Ad Hoc Reports in SuccessFactors.
