F&B Training Lead: SOPs, Service & Kitchen Excellence
Job summary
A leading retailer in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive (Training) to design and deliver effective training programs for operational staff. The role involves creating training materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring service standards are upheld. Candidates should have a diploma in Hospitality Management, with 1-2 years of training experience in the F&B industry, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible work hours, including weekends, are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Training role within the F&B industry.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of SFA regulations is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials and SOPs.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and on-the-job coaching.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
