Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring stock availability, and maintaining store standards.
- Supervise and lead a team of sales associates and support staff
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor and manage store inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness
- Analyze sales reports and take action to improve store performance
- Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and daily banking procedures
- Report directly to area/regional managers with regular updates
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and retail software (POS systems, inventory management)
