• Ability to independently manage multiple stores.

Job description

Store Supervisor (Directly Operated Stores)

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Understand and execute company objectives; take full responsibility for daily store operations and overall store performance
• Lead and manage teams in directly operated stores, including recruitment, policy development, and execution
• Oversee store operation standards, including but not limited to QCS, self-inspection processes, and corrective actions
• Drive the implementation of the company's marketing campaigns
• Participate in new store preparations, including stress testing and acceptance checks, to support store opening operations and ensure smooth launches.
• Deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service
• Handle store-level financial matters, coordinate with government-related affairs, and manage overall operational metrics, including profitability and labor efficiency
• Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
• Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
• At least 3 years of experience as a store supervisor in a large tea beverage or F&B chain brand, with the ability to independently manage multiple stores
• Strong stress tolerance, communication skills, and execution capability

Salary & Benefits:
