Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring stock availability, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales associates and support staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Monitor and manage store inventory, merchandising, and cleanliness
  • Analyze sales reports and take action to improve store performance
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate store employees
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
  • Create and manage staff schedules
  • Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and daily banking procedures
  • Report directly to area/regional managers with regular updates
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing store operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and retail software (POS systems, inventory management)
