Job summary
A leading dairy company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Sales and administration teams. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the dairy and cheese products industries and a strong knowledge of product development. Responsibilities include driving strategic growth and managing sales operations across Southeast Asia. This role offers an opportunity to influence key business relationships and develop value-added products.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in dairy and cheese products industries.
- Strong ability to develop value-added products.
- Proven ability to meet demanding timelines and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales and administration teams.
- Drive strategic growth internationally.
- Manage Sales of dairy and cheese products in SE Asia.

Education
- . Ability to plan, organize and lead the Sales team and administration team with Company.
- Drive the activities for strategic growth opportunities internationally.
- Apply strategic thinking and people management skill to manage key business relationship.
- Manage the Sales of Dairy and cheese products in SE Asia.

- Provide monthly sales report, sales forecast, budget report.
- Perform related job responsibilities delegated in relation to the business operation and productive operation
- Bachelor degree in food science or business or related techical industry.
- At least 10 years experience in dairy and cheese products industries.
- Experience and ability in developing valued added products.
- Strong knowledge of dairy and cheese products.
- Proven ability to meet demanding timeline and achieve target.
- Self motivated and high level of commitment.
- Define strategic plans to expand current business.
- Collaborate with business heads to indentify area of techical and business management development.
