Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Asian markets; KNX/DALI or smart building experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and complex stakeholder environments.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership for Theben Asia; set revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute regional market strategies.
• Build, lead, and coach a high-performing team.
• Oversee complex KNX/DALI and smart building projects.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Drive commercial excellence and streamline operations.
• Represent Theben Asia to global leadership.
