- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $15,000 + Flexi Benefits + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Create and carry out the division’s business plan to meet ambitious growth goals.
- Spot new market opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnership or acquisition opportunities.
- Manage the full sales process, from finding leads and building pipelines to closing large enterprise deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders at key clients and partners.
- Represent the company at major industry events and conferences.
- Take full responsibility for the division’s P&L, including revenue, profit margin, and operating costs.
- Prepare yearly budgets, forecasts, and financial updates for senior management.
- Manage spending carefully while making sure growth initiatives are supported.
- Review financial results and use the insights to guide business decisions.
- Work with Marketing and Product Development to plan product direction based on market needs and competitor insights.
- Represent customer needs to ensure solutions solve real business problems.
- Lead the go-to-market plans for new products and product enhancements.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a cross-functional team across sales, marketing, solutions, and client success.
- Build a strong team culture focused on results, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development to grow the team effectively.
- Ensure solutions are delivered and implemented smoothly, meeting agreed requirements and timelines.
- Promote a client-focused approach to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Improve internal processes to increase efficiency and support scaling.
- Stay updated on competitors, industry regulations, and counterfeiting risks.
- Support the company’s industry positioning through materials such as articles, whitepapers, and speaking opportunities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of relevant commercial leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading a P&L.
- Experience in anti-counterfeit, brand protection, supply chain security, or traceability solutions.
- Experience working with regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or food and beverage.
- Knowledge of common anti-counterfeit technologies such as serialization, track & trace, RFID, NFC, holograms, and digital platforms.
- Experience working across different countries and cultures.
- Technical background, or the ability to learn technical concepts quickly.
