As CMO, you will drive global marketing strategy, focusing on user growth and operations. Lead campaigns, partnerships, and data-driven growth initiatives to achieve annual user growth of millions and long-term user value.

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (SEO, social media, influencer influencers, and DeFi partnerships).
• Target user acquisition in key regions (such as Turkey, Brazil, and Indonesia), optimizing CAC to increase user engagement and value.
• Build and manage the growth team, including roles in content, analytics, and business development.
• Analyze user data, optimize the funnel, and improve retention.
• Collaborate with the founder on the brand vision and promote the brand through public speaking.
• Monitor crypto payment market trends and adjust strategies.

• 6+ years of fintech/crypto marketing experience, with growth hacking experience at high-growth startups.
• Track record of expanding user base (e.g., acquiring 100,000+ users through digital channels).
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and cross-cultural marketing.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or marketing, with an analytical background preferred.
