Job summary

A safety management company in Singapore is seeking a qualified individual for a pivotal role in workplace safety and health. You will assist the Project Manager in identifying and assessing risks, performing duties as Secretary in the WSH Committee, and monitoring safety performances across projects. The ideal candidate possesses at least a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health, a minimum of 3 years experience in the construction industry, and strong communication skills. This position requires a commitment to working 6 days a week with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years related experience preferably in Construction industry.
  • Must be organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager to identify and assess risks.
  • Perform the role of Secretary in WSH Committee.
  • Encourage site staff participation in hazard inspection.
  • Monitor OSH performance and implement Safety penalties.
  • Establish and implement an emergency response programme.
