Responsibilities
  • Develop and update SOPs, ensure staff training and operational readiness, especially during emergencies.
  • Standardize patient handling, monitor recovery benchmarks, and lead process improvements with KPI tracking.
  • Oversee workforce planning and critical staffing decisions for 24/7 operations and emergency protocols.
  • Lead infection control, biosecurity, and emergency preparedness aligned with industry best practices.
  • Implement structured client education, ensure seamless admission-to-discharge journey, and handle feedback.
  • Monitor and improve client service quality, post-care follow-up, and service recovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with AVS, SVA, and licensing requirements; maintain audit-ready documentation and protocols.
  • Conduct legal compliance audits, train staff on regulations, and manage incident reporting and regulatory contact.
  • Support and manage clinical staff, interns, and student placements; handle HR issues and disciplinary matters.
  • Coordinate interviews and placements with HR and department leads.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and CAPEX; collaborate with finance for cost control and investment planning.
  • Track financial trends, conduct regular analysis, and present financial reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Requirements
