- Capable of leading a small kitchen in a high-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design menu featuring innovative breakfast/lunch dishes and tapas in the evenings.
- Oversee efficient kitchen operations ensuring food cost control.
- Foster collaboration and communicate effectively for concept evolution.
