A fast-growing F&B group in Singapore is seeking customer service team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-oriented, and enjoy working in a team. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, and maintaining a clean environment. Prior experience in service or F&B is an advantage. The role includes working 44 hours per week with benefits such as staff discounts and performance-based bonuses.

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner

- Handle cashiering and POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and counter areas
- Support opening and closing duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Positive, energetic, and customer‑oriented
- Enjoys working in a fast‑paced team environment
- Able to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Prior service or F&B experience is an advantage
- Working Hours: 44 hours/week
- Rest Day: 1 day per week (roster‑based)
