Job description
- Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- Receive and store food products
- Assist cooks/chefs with ad-hoc tasks during peak periods
- To prepare and cook and present food
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace
- Facilitate effective work teams
- Identify meat and seafood, and their fabrication and utilisation in culinary
- Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
