A staffing services company in Central Singapore is seeking candidates for front desk operations with key responsibilities including visitor management, mail room operations, and HR administrative duties. Ideal candidates must possess GCE O levels and have three years of relevant experience, along with strong customer service and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a 12-month contract, offering a salary of up to $4,000 per month.

Job Description:
Front Desk Operations (25%)
Receive phone calls, queries and emails
Attend to Visitors/Global/Regional Chanel employees (ie: guest registration, giving lanyard, inform/find host, bring to café/serve drinks, bring to meeting room upon requests)
Book transportation for Visitors (ie: Grab, taxi)
Attend to candidates’ interviews (ie: check meeting room availability, inform/find host, bring candidate to meeting room, serve drink)
Attend to daily employees’ inquiries (ie: FTF, emails, TEAMS)
Franking machine topup
Office Maintenance (report to Facilities Manager and Workplace Experience Officer)
Press & Storage Room assistance (Level 14)
Name cards printing – Corporate
Manage reception email inbox
Maintain the reception area
Liaison between employee and delivery vendors.
Serving drinks for meetings (option/upon request)
Mail Room Operations (25%)
Maintain the mail room operations (ie: daily housekeeping, replenishing stationery & Fedex supplies,
check uncollected packages)
Receive / sort incoming/outgoing mails
Manage courier services (DHL, Fedex, etc)
Assist DC deliveries due to multiple recipients
Support employees’ requests (drop-offs, vendor deliveries, by hand, etc)
Courier arrangement (ie: assist HR team – Delex, DSV, Fedex, etc)
HR Administrative Duties (50%)
Handle HR general administration duties.
Support HR Orientation (ie: welcome new joiner on 1st day with an office tour, room booking,
drinks arrangement) and send welcome email to new joiner on 1st day agenda, orientation
schedule
MOM Work Pass process
Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O levels with 3 years relevant work experience
Customer service oriented.
Good communication skills.
Meticulous and eye for details.
