Key Responsibilities:
Determine customer coffee preference by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; follow drink recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks; replenishing coffee bean supply.
Maintain high quality and consistent product standards.
Follow all company drink recipes and procedure.
Ensure that all customers are served promptly and duly.
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other operational protocols.
Assist service side when required during peak periods.
Perform all other duties as and when assigned by Manager.

Key Requirements:
Possess at least 1 year experience in similar capacity or keen interest in picking up barista skills, with 1 year experience as service staff.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Organizational Skills – ability to group work in relation to the work being done, prioritizing and scheduling an even workflow.
Possesses basic food hygiene certification.
Whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products would be a plus.
